These Terms of Service govern your use of SkillUp Business School. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms.
You must provide accurate information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be 16 or older to register.
Once enrolled, you receive access to the course materials for your personal, non commercial learning. Course content remains the intellectual property of SkillUp Business School.
You agree not to share your account, copy or redistribute course content, attempt to disrupt the platform, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Certificates are issued on successful completion of a course and its assessment. They confirm completion of CPPD verified content and do not constitute a regulated qualification unless stated.
Where a course is offered free of charge, no payment is required. Any paid courses, where offered, will display the price clearly before enrolment.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error free. We may update or withdraw courses at any time.
The platform is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service.
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
